With over 25 years in the tourism industry across diverse roles, Tarun co-founded Winter Line Tours Pvt. Ltd. with a simple belief: travel should be personal, seamless, and enriching. Guided by hands-on experience, in-depth destination knowledge, and a thoughtful approach. He strives to create journeys that go beyond itineraries — journeys that leave enduring memories and authentic connections.

Over several decades, Jeff has transformed his being into a tuning fork for love and truth, and he has offered this gift in service worldwide. He is a co-founder of Sourcing The Way and a member of the Evolutionary Leaders Circle. Jeff serves on the board of directors for Alliance for the Earth and Garden of Light. Previously, he was the board chair of the Source of Synergy Foundation and the Happiness Alliance.

As a co-creator of an eco-conscious stay, Paras offers Birding, Nature Immersion tours, and retreats. He has about 10 years of experience in the Hospitality industry. For him, hosting is more than a mere exchange of services; it is a form of building relationships. Paras is an indie filmmaker who uses his lens as a medium to narrate and share his stories of nature with the world. He began as a nature photography enthusiast and evolved into a storyteller upon realising the need to give voice to the unheard.
